The food at Della Notte Ristorante is an interesting blend of both Innovative and Traditional Mediterranean-inspired Italian cuisine using only the finest pasta, veal, beef, lamb, poultry and fresh seafood. Enjoy classic Italian cuisine as well as innovative new world culinary creations prepared in an open kitchen.

The chef's seasonal appetizers might include thinly sliced Proscuitto di Parma, paired with fresh Florida figs and sprinkled with shards of Pecorino Toscana cheese, or brick oven-baked Chincoteague oysters from Maryland's eastern shore.

In addition to our regular menu of traditional Italian fare, enjoy nightly entrée specials such as a grilled center-cut veal rib chop laced with a veal demi-glace served over a timbalo of wild mushroom risotto, or braised Colorado lamb shanks set atop orzetto pasta sautéed with fresh porcini mushrooms, tri-colored bell peppers, roma tomatoes, brandy and herbs. Certified Angus beef cuts include tender filet mignon and New York Strip steaks served with freshly shaved horseradish root. Savor the rich flavors of South African cold water lobster tails, whole grilled Chesapeake Bay rockfish, along with one of the best Maryland-style jumbo lump crab cakes in town-broiled, of course. Della Notte's artisan breads and pastries are prepared daily in their on-premises bakery, which also supplies many of the area's restaurants and Italian delis' with fresh baked goods.
 

 
You are invited to explore our award-wining list of fine wines, with more than 1,400 selections by the bottle and 30 offerings by the glass. Choose your wine from an extensive list that concentrates primarily on Tuscany, Piedmont and California; with vertical selections reaching back into the seventies and eighties.

Before of after dinner, relax to the sounds of piano vocalists appearing nightly at the piano bar in the Emperor's Lounge where we offer a full bar with a wide variety of cognacs, grappa, brandies, vintage ports, sauternes and sherries as well as imported beers and premium liquors. An exquisite selection of Davidoff cigars is available for enjoyment in the lounge. In compliance with the laws of our state smoking is permitted only in the lounge.
