The Birdcage philosophy is simple: create an environment where people can come to get away from the doldrums of daily life. Where flavors and styles from across the globe mix, taking only the best from each culture in an elegant mosaic of style, setting, and cuisine.

The Birdcage is a Zagat-rated restaurant overlooking the Boulevard in the great highlights of Studio City. Two 150" screen theaters, which show movies and shows from 50's to the present, are just two unique features that set the Birdcage apart from the rest of the flock. You will delight in this culinary menagerie, boasting such eclectic settings as the Hookah Lounge, the Aquarium, and the Yakitori Patio.

 
Designer Boris Kolbovsky has created a wildly eclectic setting, a polychromatic tableau brimming with color and unusual accents. Don't let the narrow wood-frame storefront fool you. With its shotgun space seating, The Birdcage is a sprawling culinary bazaar with plenty of room for parties and large gatherings.

With an innovative menu that combines technique, appearance and ingredients from different regions and countries, The Birdcage offers an eclectic fusion cuisine that takes only the best of the best from a rich history of cuisine and culture. The bold appetizers include a variety of Yakitori, the French Kiss Goat Cheese Salad, the Great Wall Asian Burger, the Happy Chef Eggplant Sandwich, and much more.
