The kitchen staff at Cody’s offers a unique spin on Breakfast Lunch and especially dinner. It’s New American Classics prepared with panache! This is food lover’s paradise. Sit on the terrace over La Jolla Cove and enjoy this lovely seaside cottage. It is La Jolla’s prime spot for relaxed ocean view dining. The atmosphere is refreshingly unpretentious.

Chef Joe Barraco brings an innovative approach to the food. Each dish is joyful and amusing without being prissy.

Try Cody’s crispy roasted chicken or incredible fish and chips made with fresh Pacific Ling Cod in a delicate and light batter or the hamburger made with fresh ground sirloin on a grilled homemade bun served with steaming hot home-made French Fries. Other items include a large selection of sandwiches and entrée salads and fresh local seafood entrees. For breakfast try the Crab Benedict or the Hangtown Fry made with fresh oysters, spinach and bacon in a fluffy omelet. Enjoy a robust hot cup of coffee and get you day started on the terrace at Cody’s.
