Jill’s is a modern bistro located in the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder, Colorado. The cuisine is eclectic and draws its inspiration from the Western Mediterranean Region. Jill’s serves wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. Private dining in Jill's is available seven nights per week. The restaurant features 70 seats, a full bar and one of the most beautiful private dining rooms in the city, the Honey-Onyx Room. They get the top ten percent of the grade. They age and cut their steaks in their own meat shop. Their pasta is handmade, and they use family secret recipe sauces.
