Voted as ‘America’s Best New Chef’s 2005’ list by Food & Wine magazine in July, 2005, Eric Ziebold has established his culinary genius in Washington DC.
Designed by Tony Chi, one of the world’s most celebrated design visionaries, CityZen skillfully balances the five elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and water.
Guest’s attention will first be drawn to the luxurious lounge at CityZen by dim candlelight and delightful cocktails. Guests can enjoy an extensive array of CityZen Martini Concoctions, classic cocktails and champagne drinks, and select from the city’s largest single malt whiskey collection or from an exclusive list of rare cognacs.
The open exhibition kitchen is the main focal point of the 20 foot-high ceiling restaurant. Here, Chef Eric Ziebold and his team will create a symphony of multi-course tasting menus and sublime dishes reflective of DC’s most triumphant new restaurant.
