| Ms. Bono's passion, inspired by the eclectic lifestyle of Southern
California, is evident in our menu by Chef Derek Venutolo, which features a
combination of classic California and contemporary coastal cuisine. our
restaurant's decor incorporates both the tropical atmosphere of Miami's
South Beach and the architecture of an open air pavilion. The menu consist of dishes designed to emulate California cuisine with just a hint of Italian influence. The halibut salad, Dungeness crab-stuffed rainbow trout and the New York steak Caprese are prime examples of Bono's innovative cuisine.
