315 Restaurant & Wine Bar - Chef/owner Louis Moskow serves excellent French Provencal cuisine in this cozy, charming bistro located in the heart of Santa Fe. 315 is an elegant, intimate restaurant serving classically prepared French cuisine complemented by chef Moskow's seasonally-driven global wine list. It features over 20 wines by the glass and over 250 wines from around the world. The service is friendly and the outdoor patio is wonderful.

It features a contemporary interpretation of southwest cuisine presenting foods for santa fe locals & tourists that include squash, corn, pinto beans, green chile and cilantro based dishes all served with a variety of tequilas, margaritas and other favorites. Lively atmosphere and reasonable pricing.

Prairie Star - The Prairie Star Restaurant at Santa Ana Golf Club offers an unforgettable dining experience. Housed in an old adobe mansion, the warmth and intimacy of Prairie Star is intoxicating. Overlooking the historic San Miguel Mission with a great view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the "private dining apartment" has become a favorite dining spot at the Pink Adobe.
