This contemporary-chic yet intimate bistro/bakery from Pastry Chef Jill Rose, (Ex: Lespinasse, La Caravelle) serves Mediterranean inspired French cuisine and award winning desserts nestled amongst Tarrytown's antique Mecca just 30 minutes north of Manhattan.

The wine bar offers an eclectic variety of wines from around the world, many available by the glass. The full bar includes signature cocktails such as Charbay Ruby Grapefruit or Green Tea Martinis, Green Appletinis, Rhuharb Metropolitans and Peppermint Mojitos among many others.
 

 

Chiboust bakery has produced applause since its opening. This café style bakery offers hand crafted pastries, specialty cakes and it's signature 'Chiboust' dessert, as well as savory selections of quiche, Croque Monsieur and terrine de foie gras. The bakery is a perfect stop for a morning coffee and croissant or a casual lunch to dine in or take out.

Chiboust is the vision of Jill Rose, a Culinary Institute of America (CIA) graduate, award winning pastry chef and former director of a multi-dimensional gourmet food service company. Ms. Rose's desire to bring to her community in Tarrytown quality baked goods, cuisine and service has inspired her to gather her team of top professionals including Chef de Cuisine, Alberto Tirrito. Ms. Rose and the entire restaurant staff welcome you to Chiboust!

Across from the Tarrytown Music Hall dwells this “elegant” French-Mediterranean yearling, a bistro/bakery/wine bar boasting “interesting”, “superbly crafted” dishes, “mouthwatering visions in the case” and “attentive yet non-obtrusive service”; yes, it’s “costly” and perhaps “the tables are too close together”, but “the desserts alone are worth the price of admission.”
