Fedeli, nestled in the historical
Northmark Office Building adjacent to Downtown Canton’s Central Plaza, is
the ultimate destination for fine Italian-American food, wine, and
entertainment.
Daniel Duplain, owner and creator of the concept, chose to name the
restaurant in honor of his mother Gemma, and grandparents Victorio and
Nellie Fedeli, whom emigrated from Italy to the United States. Translated,
Fedeli means “Faithful”.
Designed after an Italian villa & wine cellar, the restaurant is reminiscent
of a Tuscan trattoria accented by towering flower arrangements, hand crafted
Tuscan furniture and art, complimented by soft music.
Fedeli serves sophisticated & progressive Italian-American cuisine.
Executive Chef Scot Jones artfully prepares lunch & dinner menus
highlighting the freshest ingredients & blending surprising flavors. All
pastas, bread, & desserts are homemade. Fedeli features an extensive
