Coldwater Bar and Grill is Seattle's newest fresh seafood restaurant.
Located in The Westin Seattle, Coldwater features fresh northwest cuisine including Dungeness crab, Alaskan King Salmon, and a fantastic shellfish selection.
The Bar at Coldwater serves an extensive collection of Washington and Oregon wines, as well as numerous draft beers and specialty cocktails.
Chill Out at Coldwater during Cocktail Hour from 5-7 p.m. With granite and

Chef Medranda earned his culinary degree from Seattle Central Community College. He is currently a member of the American Culinary Federation.

The Loft at Coldwater Bar and Grill accommodates 50 guests for lunch or dinner and 75 for cocktails. Larger groups can be accommodated in our main dining room, and semi-private areas provide even more options.
